Interns
Meet Jesse and Natalie Casey with their son, Jesse Jr.
Jesse and Natalie Casey have been serving for 4 years at The Fountain Fellowship in Pleasanton, CA under Pastor Paul and Sheri Cleary. They both became a part of the church leadership and served in many areas.
Jesse was a youth leader, member of the church council, soundboard tech, and led a youth worship group. Natalie served as the admin assistant for church files and volunteer work, head of the nursery department, member of the worship team and youth leader. Professionally, Jesse maintained a 40hr work week as an HVAC service tech for 8 years and has held the position of lead tech for the last 3 years while serving at The Fountain. Natalie began nursing school in 2008 and after having their first son Jesse Jr, finished her program in Feb 2011 and got her LVN license. (This means that we will have a licensed nurse on campus at all times!) Now they will be adding to the outstanding legacy of internship programs offered at Old Oak Ranch.
A Note from the Casey’s
We are excited and blessed to be a part of the Old Oak Ranch team and look forward to leading the next intern group as humble servants of the Lord. Our vision is a program that focuses on God first, family second and career third. We want this new group to flourish in an environment that continues to seek God and grow character, wisdom, and knowledge in Him. He is our vine and we are the branches.
We trust that through devotions, bible studies, our yearly missions trip to Mexico, our Sunday services at Sonora Hills Foursquare Church and serving along side these young adults at Old Oak Ranch, we will see them thrive and prosper in their design and life. While doing our best to be examples of Christ and a godly marriage our goal is to train up the next generation of leaders, pastors, teachers and more. We believe it is our job to encourage and bring out what and who God has already created each of them to be.
Thank you for putting your trust in God and in us!

Advanced Ministry Preparation

AMP Interns will be involved in a very intense and purposeful community for ten and a half months. The mission of AMP is to create a place where interns can develop a conviction to serve people, refine their character, and walk daily with Jesus.
Values:
- Mentor each participant for success through accountability.
- Shape attitudes and the understanding of fulltime ministry as a calling.
- Define God-given abilities and gifts and their application.
- Provide a safe atmosphere for the confession of failure and disillusionment.
- Provide the training and experience to solidify the commitment of lifelong vocational ministry.
Summer Impact

This program is designed to create radical growth and challenge every area of the intern’s life. The structure and the rules of this program are established to impact the following areas: spiritual, personal development, and ministry.
This is a 10 week internship during the summer months. Each intern receives a weekly stipend and housing is provided on campus.
Over the course of the session, each intern who strongly dedicates himself/herself to this ministry will reap rewards greatly. Some of these rewards include:
- Spiritual growth in your relationship with God.
- Extensive training in varied ministry skills.
- Learning to live as a 24/7 servant.
- Learning video editing, service production, sound; the sky is the limit!
Gideon

This ministry training program is available for students entering their junior or senior year in high school, under 18 years of age. It is designed specifically for students who want to discover Gods call for their lives.
This is a two week internship. We host one session for girls and one for boys each summer. Each intern receives room and board.
This program will expose you to hard work, spiritual exercise, and fun! Gideon’s will be lead by the Old Oak Ranch ministry staff, AMP Interns, and various youth pastors and leaders to discover and act on Gods call to minister. Foundational principles of holiness and discipline will be taught in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. Discovering ones giftedness and identifying God given abilities will also be fundamental in this program.
